Care for the problems people are told to live with.
Pelvic Health
Leaking, pelvic pain, pain with intimacy, prolapse, and a feeling of no support are common. They aren't normal, and they are very treatable.
Pelvic floor therapy →Pregnancy & Postpartum
Ease back, hip, and pelvic pain during pregnancy, prepare your body for delivery, and recover well afterward. Ask about the pregnancy wellness evaluation.
Obstetric PT →Chronic Pain
An individualized, whole-person approach grounded in current pain science, for pain that has lasted months or years.
Life beyond pain →Orthopedics
Sprains, back and neck pain, sports injuries, and the nagging shoulder you'd rather not have surgery on.
Orthopedic PT →Dry Needling
Fine, sterile needles used to calm painful muscles and trigger points and help you move more freely.
How it works →Not sure where you fit?
Men and women are both welcome. Reach out, describe what's going on, and Sarah will tell you honestly whether PT can help.
Ask a question →To guide, teach, and equip our patients to be good stewards of their bodies, honoring emotional, spiritual, and psychological wellness along the way.Meet Sarah
Your path through care.
Every person and every evaluation is different, but the shape of care is the same.
Evaluation
Sarah takes your history, then looks at how you move and what's driving your symptoms. You leave the first visit with a clear explanation, a plan of care, and something to start on right away.
Treatment
Hands-on care in the office, plus exercises for home that fit your life. Dry needling may be part of your plan if it will help.
Reassess and adapt
Your progress is checked along the way and the plan changes as you do, until you reach your goals and can keep going on your own.
For your visit, please wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
You set the pace.
A pelvic health visit can feel vulnerable, and many people feel anxious before the first one. Here is how Sarah keeps it comfortable.

Everything explained first
You'll hear what the evaluation involves and why before anything happens.
Consent at every step
An internal exam is only done if it's helpful and you agree to it. You can say no or stop at any time.
A chaperone if you'd like one
Just ask. You're welcome to bring someone you trust.
Care for the whole story
Pain and trauma history often overlap. Your care is unhurried and respects both.
I felt that what is typically a transaction-based healthcare service was transformed into a relationship-based healing ministry. I left my physical therapy session feeling refreshed in a much deeper way than just physically. I felt a deep inner peace. My husband commented later that night that something was different about me. I asked him what, and he said that I seemed much more present and full of joy.Ashley S., patient
