Pain-Free Pregnancy

If you have experienced low back, pelvic, and/or hip pain during pregnancy, you are not alone. However, pain is not a symptom of pregnancy that must be endured. It can be minimized or even eliminated with PT. Many are told that this pain is a normal part of pregnancy, and will resolve when you deliver. While this may be true for some, it is not for all. But regardless, the good news is that you do not have to live with your pain for 9 months! We are able and more than happy to help.

Beyond pain, pregnancy is also known to correlate with development of diastasis recti abdominis, pubic symphysis dysfunction, urinary incontinence, later development of pelvic organ prolapse. Thanks to obstetric physical therapy, many of these issues can be both prevented and corrected.

What Clients Say

I loved how healing prayer was incorporated into my physical therapy session. I felt that what is typically a transaction-based healthcare service was transformed into a relationship-based healing ministry. I left my physical therapy session feeling refreshed in a much deeper way than just physically. I felt a deep inner peace. My husband commented later that night that something was different about me. I asked him what, and he said that I seemed much more present and full of joy. Praise God!
